Mr. Schnell was very good. He came to a property I am buying to quote the cost for work. I had three other handy men give me a quote. Mr Schnell's quote was spot on. and lower then the other quotes. However, I have to place the job on hold because for other reasons. John understood and was very professional. I will be using him in the future.

Overall the completed work was okay - often lacked attention to detail - cut corners - forgot to put trim inside closed - took him forever to complete project - had temper issues - did not return the house key - reasonable priced

John did excellent and timely work on my project. It will be several months if I am able to tell for 100%certainty if the project was successful but I have no doubts that it will be. Referrring him to our HOA manager and also all my neighbors. He was exceptionally good at maintaining communication with us throughout the project.

Very knowledgeable and efficient and excellent pricing. John Schnell did the job right away in a most professional manner and went over and above what was necessary to do the best job. We are getting an estimate from John for my bedroom floor which needs to have an old carpet replaced with new hardwood flooring. We will recommend John to all our friends and acquaintances. We has mountain property that was old, need to be worked on. It took 2 years to do the 2 houses. The manager in the area said that he did not clean up enough, left things dusty. He had good ideas that benefited what the family wanted. He had the ideas prepared for us to look at.
