They are very professional and prompt. Bob Fowler is very personable, professional and refreshing to have dealings with. He prepared and got the estimates to me in a very timely manner. Mr Fowler was very understanding with all the changes we had. The man who came to rebuild/replace our basement stairs did a fabulous job. It took him one day and after he was done cleaned up and left the basement cleaner. They do beautiful work. Extremely reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them. Also I would definitely use them again and again!!

Prosperity Stairs & Rails did such a great job I have started conducting tours of the stairs and railing replacement job they did for me! The carpenter who did the installation was a master at his craft and completed the job ahead of time. Extremely neat, clean and innovative in that they were able to replace one stair at a time so I was never inconvenienced and my 100 plus yr. old staircase was never out of commission.The carpenter worked tirelessly & cleaned up after himself. They were priced right and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends/family. It took me 10 yrs. to find a company willing to do the job they did in 2 days!

I used Prosperity to rebuild my stair case and install new rails. From the first call everything went smooth. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use Doug and his crew again.

I had tried in vain to use someone more local to repair our stairs. The two places I called, one in my town, either didn't call back or called after I had secured Prosperity. When I got in touch w/ Prosperity the not only talked w/ me about the job, they were at my house w/i 2 hours (and are almost that far from my home!) to look at the job & give an estimate! They were easy to deal with, honest & finished the job on time (the day before my wedding)! I would use them again in a heartbeat. The workmanship is fantastic. We're actually sorry we don't have anything else for them to do! I'm thrilled with the company & highly recommend them!

We needed to fix our old creaky stairs and they did a great job replacing all the treads and risers. Doug and his partner came and finished the job in one day and were very clean about it. Before leaving, Doug told me that once things settle there's a chance a few steps may squeak again and to not hesitate to call them back. Sure enough, a few months later the top 2 steps started to squeak so we called Prosperity stairs and they fixed it promptly. These guys stand by their work.
