Project: Eliminate Toxic Materials or Mold

Charged for items not delivered eg.($42.00 for containment barrier when none used) and $43.92 for personal protection gear when none used. Charged $411.84 for painting of 524 sq ft of dry wall when only 60 sq ft was painted. Also charged $530.00 for "Adjustment for base service charges" which meant I paid $941.84 for the painting of only 60 sq ft. This charge is outrageous if not criminal. If I had known that I would be charged over $941 for this amount of work I would have removed the painting requirement. from my bid request.

It's very important to us that we satisfy our customers & always provide excellent service. If there were any questions on our pricing I would have been happy to explain each item detailed in the estimate provided before any work started. For ex, painting & base srvc chrgs included fees for mold remediation, drywall & painter. You may recall that once the job was completed, almost $150 was deducted from the original estimate to account for items not used. I hope this clears up some of your concerns. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.
