Project: Repair Drywall

Thanks Mark and Bobby for a great job! I was contacted promptly and was scheduled quickly. Bobby showed up when he said he would and even came back on Sunday to finish the painting part of the ceiling drywall repair job. The cleanup was fantastic. Five minutes after he left, we were using the room again like he had never been there--only now there is no hole in the ceiling!

These guys did a fantastic job with a popcorn ceiling re-texturing job. Mark is very professional, prompt to respond to my requests and super easy to schedule out work. Price is reasonable too. I have since had them install new upstairs subflooring and will have them install and paint new baseboards throughout the house. As my house remodeling continues off and on over the next several months, I'm sure I will be enlisting these guys on various projects.

He did a good job on the removal and texturing. Clean up wasn't quite what I was hoping for, though a vast improvement from my previous experience with a drywaller. There was some damage to a kitchen light (which I intended to replace anyway, so not a big issue) and two of the blades to a ceiling fan were scraped up. Otherwise, the workers were very professional and pleasant.

Response by Quality Construction of Colorado, LLC: I am always disappointed when we don't receive 5 stars. I was un aware of the light in the kitchen. However, when I asked the project manager about the light he informed me that he offered to replace the light, and customer elected not to due to her wanting it replaced, and that if we would install every thing would be square. I sent a cleaning lady to the property the last day so IM sorry she didn't meet expectations, she claims walked through with home owner and claims every thing was fine. (obviously not), I will seek to improve in that area. I will also inspect ceiling fan blades and replace if we damaged.

Scraping, texturing and painting our popcorn ceiling was an ugly, nasty job. Quality was done within 4 days. They did a great job with minimal dust/dirt considering the task at hand. Would definately recommend them to anyone else.
