I received a prompt callback on a Friday evening after entering my project on the Servicemagic website. Archer was very courteous, quoted the job over the phone, and scheduled an appointment to fit into my schedule. On the day of the appointment, he called to confirm and arrived on time. After assessing the job, he explained the process, cleared the bathroom area, and began preparing the bathtub for resurfacing. The job turned out beautiful. He even caulked the gaps to ensure that the job was done to my complete satisfaction. I am 100% pleased with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a bathtub resurfaced.
