*********Re-rated********Please read****** I had a bad experience with quality services, but Amanda in their customer service division reached out to me and apologized. I have to rerate the customer service experience because she listened to my concerns and credited back to me a large percentage of my moving cost. I will give quality services another chance based on the new direction of the company since my last move. I hope to give them a higher overall rating at that time....

Chris, the salesman was courteous and professional, he gave an extremely accurate quote even though he did not know the contents of our storage unit, which was 50 miles away. His quote came within $100. I would definately recommend these guys to friends or family. They treated our stuff as if it were their own.

Poor customer service, company executives do not attend emails, calls. Our experience regarding costs was the worst. QSM estimate is set low so they can "compete. Final cost left us confused when they told us the weight was 14000 pounds. Same move, made by another company two years ago has 10700 pounds weight, this time we had 50 boxes less and far less household goods. We tried to get explanation about this, indeed we asked to be present at the weight time, they did not return calls, we knew about the weight when move was on his way. We are sure we were misled in this issue. We do not recommend QSM.

We moved from a 4 bedroom single family into a 4 bedroom townhouse with a tun of steps. The crew arrived on time and was fully prepared for the move. The crew was very profession and took care of my stuff by using pads on the furniture and hardwood floors. I would however recommend the flat rate price as opposed to the hourly rate as the move took a little longer due to the many steps in the new town house. I would use these guys again without question.

This was a very straightforward move. The company rep was great and went out of his way to accomadate. The price came in lower than the estimate; although, still seemed a bit pricey. Bottom line: Great service and very straightforward pricing. We are very happy.
