Ron & Rob M. with Rudy are all gentlemen. They return calls quickly, estimates are right on. Work was started and finished when they said it would be. Lovely workmanship. I am beyond happy.

Project: Build an Addition
We hired Ron to do a remodeling project. The price was 50% cheaper then other licensed contractors and quality was not bad. We added a room and a closet and I liked working with Rob and Ron because we were able to complete the job and finalize permits, thanks

From the beginning I was told what would happen each day of the project - and it did. The completed garage was even better then I had invisioned. Everything was smooth and within the inital price that was agreed upon. Very nice guys!

Project: Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests
Service from R & M was WONDERFUL- they responded immediately offering to visit the property and prepare a quote. With us being out of town, they interfaced directly with our rental folks to work with them on the best time and way to handle it. We live in Arizona - the property is in California. Our renters seem happy so we are happy. We have not yet inspected the work ourselves but from what we hear we HIGHLY recommend R & M construction. They are quick, responsive and responsible -very reasonable (the best quote of four). They work with you - despite the distance! We had bathroom toilet floor and tile replaced. Thank you R&M!

Project: Build or Install a Gazebo or Freestanding Porch
I am thrilled with R&M. The guys helped me design and build a pergola in my backyard that, at every new glance, takes my breath away. When I first began, I explained my ideas and vision and they, in the end, planned and executed my every last detail. They respected my budget constraints and worked with me to achieve my goal of a brand spanking new pergola. I am delighted with the quality of work AND spirit of integrity and will not hesitate to call on them again. Great work, guys! Thank you!

Project: Repair Carpentry Framing
Had vents put on roof was not able to see actual work being done cutting and placement of vents but found six vents we're hastily cut and placed rather quickly and later discovered on second item done attic ladder they we're constantly in a hurry and quality was below pare and more time could of made quality a priority over speed attic ladder was done in a hurry and mistakes made
Response by R & M Construction: Put vents in didnt know owner wanted to watch, The existing framing was not done write but made it work.Im sorry if any mistakes where made will trying to make it work!
