Rick called within minutes of our contacting Home Advisor. He gave us a quote over the phone based on the job we described and a date was set for the service. He and an assistant came and set up the job, the assistant completed the cleaning and all was complete within an hour and a half. Our carpets look very nice and we were pleased with the service.

Perfection and professionalism as well as great people skills. A man with integrity and personal pride in his profession. I was 150 satisfied. Rick's prices were fair and his workmanship excellent. He called to confirm and was right on time. His work was an important piece of a successful trip for me to prepare my house for a renter and he came thru with flying colors.

Our carpet was very soiled and what we considered uncleanable but our carpet technician proved is wrong and did a fabulous job! Would definitely bring them back

I had my couches cleaned and they looked great afterwards, but I was disappointed with the customer service. He was late and did not call until 15 minutes after the scheduled time to tell me he was on his way.

The carpet and couch look brand new. We were so happy with the professional work. He even put down plastic corners so as not to drag his cord against our paint. WE WILL CALL RICKY NEXT TIME!!

We used R/C Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning for both our carpet cleaning, and house cleaning for a move with the Navy. Rick and his team were professional, efficient and when he was done, the house was cleaner than when we first moved in! Would definitely recommend his services!
