Project: Grade or Reslope Grounds for Landscaping

There were (3) parts to the project: (1) Grading about 2000 sqft area for trailer parking and cover with 1/4- granite; (2) Repair a couple of places on front drive where rain had washed out, and replace with new stabilized granite; and (3) Completely de-weed and major clean up of landscaping. We were pleased that RCL was licenced and had all the necessary insurance. Bob even provided us with a w-9 tax payer ID form. The cost was reasonable for the work they did. One minor misunderstanding was taken care of immediately by Bob. Perhaps would have liked being a little more appraised of their schedule, but was not an issue.

Midway through the project the scope changed. Bob was very professional and helped me complete something else in a very timely and budget friendly manner. He is very helpful and honest and I anticipate doing future projects with him.
