Project: Repair or Replace Section of Galvanized Gutters
We spoke only briefly when Frank arrived to evaluate the project I had and since I was heading to an appt. we agreed he would mail me an estimate for what we saw. Frank's email arrived, I phoned him and assigned him the job. The weather was to be nice all week, so we agreed that his schedule which was free the following day (Wed) that he could begin the work. Frank and his worker arrived very timely, did not rush the project, provided an invisible repair to the corner eave and north downspout and even did some extra work to some shingles he saw that were lifting, and at "no charge." They cleaned up after themselves beautifully.

The cost was a bit high, but Frank was very timely in calling me to discuss price and schedule the service. He performed the service the day after I spoke with him1 He was polite and professional in his communications. I would recommend Frank's service, and I'd certainly consider his company for other projects as well.

Project: Clean Gutters and Downspouts
Prompt, fast and courteous. Frank was called to clean our gutters of leaves, did a great job, made recommendations on potential problem spots, and even cut away some tree branches near the roof free of charge. Would definitely recommend for other work!

Project: Clean Gutters and Downspouts
Quickly responded to my request (on a Sunday) and came out on Monday afternoon. Took care of the cleaning and also completed a couple of minor items as an added bonus (caulking a couple of antenna holes on the roof and cutting a few branches of a tree that was leaning towards the gutter). Overall, I am very satisfied with the work. I would definitely call him again.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
were very friendly and easy to work with' RDL was very punchual and cleaned up all debre. There was additional work added when we discovered the chimney was damaged along with the roof. So cost wise the estimate proved to be higher but reasonablle for work incurred.
