John and the staff at R-pro were fantastic, including the estimate experience, workmanship, friendliness and cleanliness. I would highly recommend R-Pro to anyone interested in soundproofing, particularly anyone living in a condo with neighbor noise.

I had originally scheduled 3 estimates to have my crawlspace and rim joists spray foamed. John at R-Pro was the first to come over to give me a free estimate. I was so impressed and confident with his honesty and knowledge that I cancelled the estimates with the other companies and gave the job to R-Pro. He even did the job personally, on a Saturday, to accommodate my schedule! I will definitely hire him again for future insulation needs.

Luke Hunnaman , the R-Pro professional who came to give my estimate and supervised the job was excellent. I was able to see the end product and they were very clean, quiet and courteous while in my home.

Very professional. We had some hidden damage and the represenative took the time to explain what happened and gave us an honest remedy. We were never presurred. They also explained the assistance programs from AEP and others.
