Rod and his team were on time for the initial appointment, told me the exact price and exact timing to complete the project. He was quick to call me back and answer all of my questions (even during the project). He was very clean throughout the process and I was able to park my car in the garage each night because his work in process was neatly stacked to one side. There was no dings in the walls or touch up of paint needed. Nothing was broken. The baseboards came out very neat. There were 2 small items I wanted fixed and he came the very next day, fixed them within the first hour and we were done! I would highly recommend Rod.

Excellent job! We have a huge antique wardrobe that had to be taken apart and moved out of the room, along with a cal-king bed and a cedar chest, then all had to be moved back in. Rod and Pedro were right in there, doing what needed to be done. The floor looks wonderful, we are very pleased. We will have RTP back to do laminate flooring in our living room.

I can't say enough about RPT Flooring installation and customer service. Rod was very professional, helpful and the installation was superb. We interviewed many contractors, and RTP offered the best value and service for the money. The installation consisted of 1100 sq. ft. of fine laminate flooring. It was completed within 4 days without any incedences or damage to my walls or furniture. Great job!!!
