We can provide construction, remodel, rehab and roofing services for a broad range of commercial, industrial and private properties. Rainier built a good looking and well-constructed cedar fence for a fair price. We asked them to box in the metal posts and they did a beautiful job. Luke and Nick communicated very well and operated with integrity and honesty. We are very pleased.

In business, it is always best not to make promises to a potential client/customer and then proceed once you have secured the job to continually complain about it in the presence of the customer as if it's the customers fault YOU (the business owner) made the decision to make the promises in the first place. Irregardless of the reason, would you (consider this experience) recommend this company to a neighbor, friend or family member?

Response by Rainier Construction Company: *Notice NO complaints on work quality* The fence is flawless despite very unusual requests during work. "Continually" complain is not true. Made joking comment to homeowner about how "minor brush work and haul off" turned into two full 14 ft trailer loads, though probably not best timed comment he knew I had a point. Clearly was a joke and he knew it. We got too familiar with the owner because he hovered 5 feet from me and my crew the entire project and just "hung out" with us. Apparently hurt his feelings, and didnt mean to. He never said a word about it, so apparently this is how he handles it, low rating for a comment he knew was correct.
