Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Interior Surfaces

My wife and I hired Rajala Construction to re-paint the almost entire interior of our 1800 SF home, replace the crown molding in the great room and baseboard throughout the entire first floor, and add a tile back splash to the kitchen. My wife and I were extremely please with the quality of the work and, especially, the customer service. Jon (owner) quickly addressed any issues without complaint or reservation. Jon prides himself in ensuring his customers are 100% satisfied with his work and takes pride in his craftsmanship, and it shows. We plan on using him again in the near future and certainly recommend his services to anyone.

Jon, did a wonderful job on my deck. I am no longer afraid to walk down the steps to the pool. He came in and looked at the deck, took pictures, and listened to what I wanted done. He had an estimate to me by the very the same evening. And was able to start right away. His workers were on another job, so he came to my house and did the work himself. While he was working on the project, he called me everyday to give me an update, and was always making sure that what he was doing was satisfactory. My deck is repaired and the new paint and finish looks great!! he is working up an estimate to do some remolding in my kitchen now.

Jon responded quickly, analized the problem and solved it to our satisfaction and time frame by working Saturday and Sunday to finish the project so that we could show the house to a prospective buyer. HIs final price was less than his initial quote. Highly recommended.

Very positive. Good, quick at a reasonable price.

Response by Rajala Construction Co, Inc.: Costumer framed basement and clearly had no construction skills,walls moved when nailed on,walls were way out of square,drops framed crooked,steel post had wood put around them that didn't match up on top with steel I-beam framing.With this we made drops lazer straight,and made a perfect drywall job for what we had to work with.Also customer left his mess and furniture we cleaned along with ours!

He cleaned up every day. We paid a lot less for the work. They went above and beyond in their work. It looks very nice and is the best looking of all the franchises that were done at the same time. He is a younger and just did fantastic work. He listens to what you what done.
