Project: Remove Trees

Raleigh Tree Service arrived at my home the time and day they said they would be there. They were very protective of areas that needed to be protected against damage. The trees they removed were in very tight places for example one very large tree was between my home and the pool in the back yard the tree was dropped limb by limb to protect the surroundings. Other trees removed were between fences and storage sheds. The clean up was spotless and when they were done you could not tell they were even here.

One of the best experiences I have had with a service provider. Prompt professional service from quote, contract, job execution and complete clean up. The price was reasonable, I had three quotes. Skill and safety was shown throughout the job. This isnt just a guy with a chainsaw and pickup; I have never seen such a massive chipper. They dropped the tree in pieces perfectly protecting both other plants and structures. The trimming of other trees was done with both utility (keeping the growth away from the house) but also with esthetics in mind (the trees looked balanced after the trimming). They were excellent.

Will responded very quickly to my initial phone call requesting his landscaping services and actually came out to assess the work that same afternoon! He was very punctual, polite and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. On the day that the work was scheduled, Will and his team arrived about 10 minutes ahead of schedule which was great! Will and his team did an excellent job from trimming shrubs & broken tree branches and taking down several diseased trees within 8 feet of my house with pinpoint precision! Will made sure prior to leaving that I was completely satisfied with the work and cleanup. I certainly was !
