There were difficulties scheduling the work. Not all of it was under his control, for example, a large part of his equipment was stolen. He is difficult to contact preferring texts but it is sometimes a few days before he returns the text. He is easy to talk to once he arrives and he makes sure he understands what you want. The work was well done. I would recommend.

Mr Ramon was professional and courteous. Very knowlegable. The was done properly and promptly. I have hired him to come every two weeks. I have also recommended him to my neighbor.

Ramon responded quickly to my request. The original request was given a fair quote and the work has been completed. I was so happy with the clean up service I requested, I have asked Ramon to do another project for me. That one is not yet complete but should be my 6/11/12. I received a quote for that project on 6/8/12. I am extremely happy with Ramon and his "crew"

They showed up late and then failed to spray the weedkiller as requested. The, I believe owner, returned the next day to spray only the front yard which we had agreed upon the front and back yard.
