Overall, I was very happy. The electrician fixed the problem. I expected a large bill at the end (he was at my house for about 3 hours!), but it was much cheaper than I had thought it would be. Will be sure to use them again!

Kris Barlow provided my installation. He was prompt, courteous, professional and performed an outstanding job. He also came to my home on a late Sunday afternoon to meet my schedule. I would recommend Kris to all of my friends and family, and have scheduled more home repair projects with him already. If you have a home repair/installation/renovation project, you need to request Kris! A+ service and price!

I feel the work should have been done by a 2-man crew. Height of the work should have called for a larger ladder as the work area was too steep. Had a mishap on the roof and some roof tiles were lost. I look for Handyman to make good on that repair to my roof.

Response by Handyman Connection: 6.12.12: The craftsman for Ms. B.'s job was the one who told her about the damaged shingle (actually, one third of a shingle). She was not on the roof to see this, but he was honest about it and told her he would fix it. She agreed. The minor repair was completed at No Cost. This is because we stand firmly behind the one year warranty on our labor agreement - have done so for over 12 years! The very same craftsman was asked to do a secong job which he finished today. - Scoti C., HMC Owner

I receiveda quick response to my request. I needed one strip of siding (fascia) replaced on my house. Within two days I was given a quote. The price was a little expensive, but I was able to get the job done within days. The installer arrived as scheduled and completed the job as per the given quote.
