Ray is extremely professional, responsive, and gets the job done right! Throughout the entire process, he has kept me up to date with the status of the project and next steps. Ray was perfect in my book. Usually when I've had small repairs that I can't fix, a professional company could either not do it cause it was too small a job, or if they did it, it cost a bit much. I was very pleased with Ray, and his care in my needs.

Ray called soon after I submitted my Service Magic request for assistance. He prepared an estimate that evening and completed the work the same week. I selected Ray because he exceeded my expectations when he came to assess the damage and bid the job. He was thoughtful in his examination of the damage, and spent a good amount of time determining why the gutter and board it was attached to failed to stay in place. He also guessed that there was damage to window sill trims and suggested I repair them at the same time. I strongly recommend Ray and would hire him again for anything his company can do in home repairs.
