The installers Tom and Steve were experienced, knowledgable, and did quality work. They asked me what I would like and didn't leave until all expectations were met. My husband was impressed by their craftsmenship and knowledge of new and constantly changing technology. They arrived at the appointed time, went right to work and finished the project in the estimated time. They explained the equipment and opperations, and I enjoyed my first suround sound movie in a long time. Forget the big box stores, these guys ar great!

Very expensive for what work was required, but considering I am not one who likes ladders, I was willing to pay to have someone assist me. I liked the fact that they discounted my work a bit from the price originally quoted. It made it much more palatable.
