they showed up on schedule; listen to what I wanted; cleaned up when finished and were very pleasant to work with. My patio is beautiful now. I would absolutely hire them again.

Work delayed for a week. Did uneven fertilizer application and caused a big yellow patche. Fire ants returned 3 weeks after they did the pest control. Customer service is unhelpful and did not respond to my complaint.

Over the past year I've had nothing but bad experiences. Most of the damage caused has been minor, but most recently they actually did damage to my housebound water pipe. They repaired it, but I'm still in the process of monitoring. Never had this happen to me before.

This is a very unreliable company. Starting with woman who runs the office, it took her days to return my calls and when she did return them she was rude. The job itself was started a week after they promised to show up and We faced issues at every turn. The bid price I was given was not the price I ended up paying, they asked me for an extra $900.00 during the job. To top it off my job is still not completed 2 weeks later and I cant get a return phone call from the woman in the office. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.

They weren't efficient while cutting the grass and kept missing spots. They would also miss weeks even when it wasn't raining.

I just wanted to say that they got out there and got the job done quick and the way that I wanted it. They were very courteous and did a great job! I would definitely use them again.
