There was a mix up on appointment time, but Reliable worked that out for me and had their tech at the house during the time I was available.

Gevier represented the company well and I appreciated that very much. He was quick to return a phonecall, and very friendly and willing to answer questions. I was disappointed that our carpet took almost 48 hours to dry, and that several areas of heavier dirt did not come up better. I am only submitting this in the hope of helping the business in the future-his customer service skills are fabulous, and it would help alot if the finished product were better. It would then be a well-rounded great company, and service.
