Our home needed major exterior/interior repairs from major water damage. John responded timely & professionally to my estimate request. He & his team have performed a miraculous transformation to our home. Very flexible & reliable to work with, I am extremely pleased with the meticulous, top notch,affordable & quality craftsmanship John and his team provided. They've done structural exterior repairs/painting, drywall replacement/painting, complete kitchen remodel, flooring and more for us. John and his crew did a fantastic job. Our lobby carpet was torn up and the new carpet laid down all in one day. They installed our baseboard and cleaned up in just a couple of hours on a second day. He was able to accommodate our schedule and followed up to make sure everything was done right.

Contracted job of roof was well done however sub contracted work (paid through original contractor) was very sub par. I still have old roofing material and shingles wood frames and old doors left on lawn. Trim missing on installed doors, painting not completed. Offer was made to finish paint work after complaint however enough is enough. Window was also broken during roofing and despite multiple assurances that it would be replaced, have not heard back from him. For the money I spent, I was not expecting such an unprofessional experience.

Response by Reliable Pro Painting: This custommer was very hard to work for she has 3 very mean dogs and one of my guys got a good bite from one.Our company will remove the old roofing material and doors also asked her to call me so we could arang it and she never did.we cant do any thing till she removes the dogs from the property.

What started out as a simple exterior house painting job, turned into 4 replacement windows, new clapboards and sheathing on one side of the house where we discovered water damage. John worked very well with us to arrive at a revised work plan and price to repair and/or replace the structural problems.

They got right back to me when I requested an estimate. The estimate seemed high to me and after a day they came back and lowered the price. They got the job done within the next week and it was excellant work.

The day he was to start he called at 2:30 to let me know he wouldn't be coming. John stated he'd be here the next day. I arrived home at 3:10 to find they were leaving and had not replaced 2 of the boards we had discussed but they were all painted. John said he'd be back the following day...I declined as I could not be sure he would be back or when and if Id be happy with the job. I would have been able to return one paint can if it had not been opened....not at all the quality I had hoped for.

Response by Reliable Pro Painting: I am typically on time and in this particular instance I was late due to another project. I did communicate with this consumer and tried to make up for the delay. I always strive to meet the expectations of the consumer.

I can recommend Reliable Pro Painting with confidence based on the exterior job they did for me. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a great price, and looks great too. The owner, John Richards, is very good with communication, he will call you back promptly unlike many others. He and his crew were polite and no-nonsense, just got the job done without complications.
