I was pleased that John did not use a walkboard on the roof. I had a new roof and did not want holes, even though he said he would told me it would not leak. We are very pleased with job done and the quality of the skylight.

Mr. Swan called within minutes of receiving our request for help. He came to the house and provided an estimate on the same day as the request for help was made. Mr. Swan and his assistant were professional and completed the job as promised.

Mr. Swan was very friendly and knowledgeable. Of the three contractors I met with for the job of window repairs, Mr. Swan gave me three options with varying price ranges. He kept me informed while doing the work and was on time, and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased and will hire him again in the future.

While this seemed like a slow process from start to finish, I am quite satisfied with the finished product. The replacement window was custom made so it would match the existing windows at a price substantially lower than some of the competitors. Should I have any future window issues I know who to call.
