Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning

I was very pleased with the work that Rheana, Laura and Marty accomplished. It was quite a project and they worked a very long day. They are very thorough and Rheana double checked some of the work. They charged more than the other companies I got prices from, but I was reassured by the fact that in my interview, Rheana knew what she was doing. I will use them again.

We had a horrible time scheduling someone regular to come out to my house. Rheanna tried, but she just couldn't get her act together. I prefer the same person to clean each time. It works better because the person isn't spending extra time trying to 'learn my home'. Rheanna kept trying to substitute people despite my request, and acted like I was being a 'difficult client' because I didn't want to keep bringing in new people every time. Also, I've had cleaning people people and Rheanna's people are SLOW. Yes they're very very detail oriented but I have a 900 square foot house and it took them 4 hours even though it's just me most of the time

Response by Rheana Shine Housecleaning, Inc.: We assigned a cleaner to this job, the cleaner hurt her back one month and had to go out of state another month, the only options are to fill in another cleaner or to reschedule to another date with the assigned cleaner. The only two options available were declined. The cleaners are not slow, detailing takes time when catching up 7 years of neglected nooks and crannies, edges, and crevasses. It simply takes time to get a high quality clean when things have been neglected.

Very thorough. They follow my instructions to a T. There is so much to be cleaned. Rheana checks in with me regularly to make sure we are on track. She lets me know when something might cost less to replace than to clean (such as the blinds). I am very pleased.
