Jose was very friendly and did an excellent job. He installed 2 toilets for me as well as putting on the seats I had purchased for them for no extra charge.

Had to reschedule my first appointment, but he did call. Faucet replacement was costly. Despite my request for alternatives, he insisted on a Moen which was over $400. Overall it was a good experience.

Richard's Plumbing did a fantastic job from start to finish. They gave me a good idea of cost when I called to inquire about the work. They scheduled the job for me within the time frame I needed the work to be performed. They were flexible when I requested to add on work. Their technician showed up on time and did all the work in a timely manner and for less than I expected to pay. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future when the need arises.
