Over $200 for replacing a valve seemed quite expensive.

We had a second floor shower leak. Upon taking photos of the problem and sending them to Dawn, we were able to get a quick estimate from Tony. In the midst of the tropical storm Hermine, the work crew arrived. The quality of their work and professionalism were excellent. We would highly recommend Richard's.

Two very hard working young men showed up, did the job and asked if I wanted to inspect their work several times during the job. The workers were very pleasant and took extra steps to make sure the house was not messed up during the job, they opened the slab, replaced a 30 year old shower drain and trap and closed it up in less than 3 hours. they offered advise on how to finish my new shower and gave me some great local fishing tips. All this and they stayed under the estimate and did a great job. I'm very picky when it comes to having work done on my house and I would have this crew work on my house any time. This is the plumber you are looking for.

Hired them because the advertised service for tankless water heaters. Tech had never opened the cover of a Noritz heater before and did not know that any adjustment to heat had to be from a remote control which the company did not even have.
Response by Richard's Plumbing Repair, Inc.: Our company does service tankless water heaters and we have a local source for Noritz parts, although the control module is not a stock item for any of our service vehicles. I don't know which technician was at your home last week because i was away Tuesday through Friday but, I will be looking into it today (Monday). After I speak with my team, if I find that you did not recieve quality professional service I will either repair the heater at no cost to you or refund your money in full. Thank you, Richard

Very professional, prompt, friendly service. Have recommended to a friend and would recommend to anyone who asked if I knew a plumbing service. Office staff is also very friendly and helpful.
