Rick Tanner and the contractors who assisted him on the addition to our home were a joy to work with and met every expectation for professional and first rate workmanship and service. Our home is now consider the best looking home on our street (our neighbors have said as much) and during this project Mr. Tanner did everything he could possibly do to make sure he built what we had requested. We could not be happier with the final product and would recommend him without reservation.

Very professional. Prompt arrival on work days. Seemed to always have materials needed for that days work. Ample supply of needed tools. No lost time getting "more stuff". Thorough inspection of areas under repair done to ascertain full scope of work needed. Builder worked long hours to make certain no portion of structure was left vulnerable to elements overnight. Price seemed very good for labor and materials. Would definately use his services again if in need of repair/remodle of home.
