Prior to deciding on REHAB, I was invited to visit another house where the company was working on sill plate replacement and joist sistering. I took REHAB up on their offer going under the crawlspace with the workers. I was impressed by the care and passion the REHAB workers have for their craftsmanship. Based on a reasonably negotiated price, I decided to hire the company. I wasn't disappointed. REHAB not only did fine work in a timely fashion, they even moved a couple sump pumps for me and ran a furnace distilate line into the sump pit free of charge. The workers welcomed my input and had the work done in no time with no inconvenience

I timed it when sickness ravaged the company and they did the best they could to get the job done with all the guys sick. They were pleasant, clean and good at explaining what was going on. My rm had different layers of concert and very unlevel, It is great now.

the workers were prompt and stayed on task until the work was done. Rick was on site from time to time to assist and oversee the work being performed. I crawled under the house to inspect the work and did not see any signs of cutting corners or quality of work. Rick and one of the workers returned a few days after the work was complete to tidy up and adjust anything that didn't look quite right. All the workers were polite and respectful to my wife and I and our property. I was very pleased with Rick and his crew and their quality of work.

Rick was willing to listen and understood that the problem was not related to the foundation and made a recommendation to solve the problem. Even though he did not do the work, he followed up by calling a couple of days later to make sure the problem was resolved
