Since 1995, Right at Home has been providing in-home care and assistance to seniors and adults no matter where they call home. Whether your loved one needs a little extra help around the house, daily medical assistance or just someone to check in with them throughout the week, Right at Home's in-home care could be the answer. Our senior Care Services are extensive. We tailor our plans around your loved one's specific needs through our Custom Care Plan and custom caregiver matching. Our services include: - Companionship/Homemaking: Safety supervision, transportation, and light housekeeping - Physical Assistance: Ambulatory and dressing assistance - Hygiene: Bathing and other personal care services - Wellness: Medication reminders, meal planning and preparation We provide everything from 1-hour service visits, to continuous 24-hour care.
