Great responsiveness to my call, helpful, knowledgeable service. We had a broken deadbolt -- that was installed only a couple of years ago by a non-Servicemagic firm, which is also no longer in business -- and Rite Lock replaced it and re-keyed it to match the other locks. They didn't have the exact deadbolt needed on the first visit, but I hadn't described it fully on the phone (I had called from work and wasn't next to it). Will use Rite as my go-to locksmith.

I forgot the name of the locksmith but he was fantastic. He was on time, took only a short time to change the tumblers and was very personable. Would hire him again in a minute.

They were very helpful and professional. The locksmith showed up on time (early, even--he called okay an earlier time) and was quick, efficient, and friendly. If we ever need a locksmith again (and I'm sure we will!) we'll be calling Rite Lock & Safe.
