I liked the feel of the company, I liked Alex & I even liked the crew. But the results are disappointing. The trees look hacked, rather than deftly pruned. The worst is theONE pretty tree right in the front of my home is awful; it's scraggly, off balance & visitors have even commented, "What happened to that tree?" I was expecting Alex to be present for the job, but he was not here & I think that might've made a difference. I didn't expect perfection because of what we were starting with, but if it was going to look worse they shouldn't do it. I was hoping & expecting to be able to give Riviera a rave review & I'm really sorry I can't.
Response by Riviera Palm, Inc.: Unfortunately, when a property that's been neglected for too long, that needs real attention, and the owners can only spend a few hundred dollars on their trees when the job requires a couple thousand, you can only do so much. Even by spending more time than expected and doing extra work on the job, there's some people that no matter how hard you try, you'll never be able to make them happy...,

I have had my trees trimmed many times, but the job these guys did was perfection. I have never seeen my trees shaped so beautifully. The crew was on time, they worked quickly ,and they clean up behind themselves. I couldn"t be more happy!

Alex and his crew are real pros. They showed up when they said they would, did a terrific job and really cleaned up well. It's a pleasure to have a professional, insured and competent crew. We've had others do this job before, and it was often like a bad circus act. With these guys, I felt comfortable that nobody was going to get hurt, and the job would be done right. They checked with me from time to time to make sure that the trees were going to be the right height for us. I'll hire these guys again when we need them. They are as good as it gets.

They were super fast and did all the work when I was not home. They were so clean that I almost couldn't tell they had been there, except for the missing tree. Great company.

What I discussed with Riviera Palm I wanted done, was performed to my satisfaction. I liked the idea that Alex was on site so I could communicate with him if I wanted something extra done or not. He gave me a very competitive price and I thing that his workers were very respectful of the neighboors which was one of my concerns. I actually have Riviera in mind to do some more work.

I used Rivera, and they were excellent. On time, individualized service with lots of help full suggestions. They are truly a 5 star company and I would refer them to any one without hesitation.
