Allan was great. I had a previous inspection report and the one i received from Road Runner was much more detailed and thorough. Also, Alan immediately notice some granite countertops that were installed correctly which would have required removing them (very carefully might I add) and reinstalling correctly. This among other things he pointed out as he walked through the entire inspection with me and informed me of lots of other things that were cosmetic items and advised on how to fix the issues. Some of these items were not included in the report but the report is to advise of structural and safety issues. Recommend!

Allan was a pleasure to work with. He is courteous and personable. My husband has a busy, yet erratic schedule. He can be called away at a moments notice. Allan worked with our schedule. He was prompt (I was 10 minutes late), and had already begun the inspection process. He saved me and my husband from purchasing a house that needed a lot of work. The report was detailed, which included pictures. I would recommend him to ANYONE needing a home inspection. His years of knowledge and experience will serve well for your home buying needs. My husband and I plan to use again in the future. Thank you Mr. Bankston.

Allan was quick, but very thorough. He explained everything to me very clearly and was very helpful expecially with regard to minor issues that weren't a problem relative to the home inspection, but could use some maintenence so they woudl not become a problem.

Allen was great! He was thorough, helpful, and offered solutions for some of my particular concerns. Getting the home inspected before buying was the best decision I've ever made. I will always recommend getting your home inspected before buying!

Allan was professional and meticulous. He took time to show me the problem items he found. He was explained his findings very well including the electrical box. He sent a very detailed report that included pictures of my inspection. I am extremely pleased with Allan's inspection. I would recommend RoadRunner Inspection to anyone.
