Additionally, we have teamed up with Residential Warranty Services to provide a 90 day warranty to compliment the whole house / termite inspections.

Responded very quickly to my message that I was needing to get a home inspected quickly. Was very professional and easy to communiate with; esp love his use of e-mail for getting us dates, times, etc. and then e-mailing us the reports and invoices afterwards. Very long, thorough report when he was done with pics included. Did radon and pest inspections as well.

Rob was wonderful to work with. I had spoken with him on the phone and through email, and my husband was with him the day he did our home inspection. He was very informative and helpful. The inspection report was extremely thorough. My husband is not a "handy man", but Rob took his time explaining everything and even giving suggestions on things that we could do to improve things around the house. I wish I had more work to send his way, I have been telling everyone to use Rob Smith!

Rob was very professional. He exceeded my expectations!! He was extremely thorough and very informative. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his service. I even received a gift after the inspection when we went over the report, later a thank you card with a picture of our new future home, and a $35 handyman gift card in the mail! I will definitely use him again if needed in the future!

Rob Smith was an absolute professional with excellent communication skills. The inspection report provided was detailed and the large amount of pictures included in the report made it much easier to work with the seller before closing. One would be hard pressed to find a better end product than that which Mr. Smith provides.

Rob is professional and thorough in his approach to inspecting your house. He takes lots of pictures (something not all inspectors do) and will spend a lot of time looking at the property you are buying. He's always available for questions & advice (even on holidays!) and is genuinely interested in providing excellent service to his clients. He saved me from making an expensive mistake & I would not hesitate to recommend him to family & friends. Servicemagic has come through again!

Mr. Rob Smith showed up at the appointed time/day, did a very thorough inspection of the property we are looking to buy. He also took several photographs to go along with his narrative report (big plus compared to checkbox style report) and gave my husband and I a very good understanding of where the home stood in relation to what had been listed by the seller in the property disclosure that accompanies the listing prepared by the real estate agent. The seller was given a copy of the report so they have a full understanding of what they are trying to market to the public. SUPER job by Mr. Smith! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
