He answered my request from Home Advisor almost immediately. He appeared very compassionate toward me and answered my questions at length. Since I'm not familiar with this kind of job, I don't know if his price is competitive. But oh! His report to me was so thorough! And he he put me in touch with professionals to do my job, who began calling at once. I'm extremely pleased with his work and Home Advisor overall.

Bob Reda was highly professional, prompt and made a very detailed assessment of my home which I had just closed on earlier in the day. He toook a lot of time onsite to show me the issues, make sure I understood, and then provided a comprehensive report less than 24 hrs later and also provided recommendations for remediation. I would recommend him to others.
