Mr. Shields was very prompt(came the same day I called). He checked both bathrooms and the the septic clean out and advised us to get the septic tank checked before we spent money on him using the snake. He was 100% correct, the septic was full and needed emptying and that was our problem. He was very professional and courteous. Would gladly use his services again and recommend him to family and friends.
