Project: Refinish Already Installed Cabinets
Robert never came back to finish the final touch-ups and repairs he promised he would do. Promises to show up or even call back never happened. Cabinets came out good but definitely the final touches were needed to complete a thourough job. His work is good but after a thourough research and talking to other companies we definitely paid too much for the work. We had plenty other work for Robert and had even recommended him to others in the beginning but unfortunately do to his lack of communication and incomplete work we surely will not be calling him back. We are in search of another company to complete the job.

Robert's work on my oak desk table, rocking chair, and two dining armchairs was completed within three weeks. His appreciation for quality craftsmanship, including taking apart the furniture and re- glueing the table and chair, is immediately evident. The oak grain shines through, even on a 100-year table. Robert attends to detail. Scheduling is handled fairly well, as he is very busy. But his office communicates promptly if a change in delivery needs to be made. His prices were comparable to another bid by another dealer.Robert extended the life of my furniture, and I would go back to him again for other work!
