There isn't much to tell. He came when he was supposed to. He was polite and friendly. H did his work nicely. He charged something very reasonable and he went on his merry way. I had a very positive experience with him overall.

Under promised and over delivered! John was simply amazing. I called Service Magic and before my phone call was over he was already calling on the other line. He was working on the West side of town, finished his job and came to my place in Los Feliz / Silver Lake area (East side), all within an hour and a half of my original call. I honestly thought I'd have to wait at least a few days. When John got to our new house I thought we'd have to replace 12 different locks which I budgeted for, but rather than replacing the locks entirely, he simply re-keyed them. So instead of $30-40/lock it ended up being $12/lock saving me tons of money.
