The team leader was friendly and good-natured. He quoted me a fair price and stated the work objective with sincerity. He and his team completed the work in a timely fashion with regard to every detail. I was particularly impressed with the before, and after pictures, I received via email. I will certainly recommend Roof Guard to anyone that requires roof repair.

a} Gave me TWO quotes - one for a 'repair' of the roll material OVER the old shingles {which I had done before} and a second one for completely NEW roof {JUST what I wanted to see. Price was so good, I went with the RE-Shingled roof. b} Because found some rotted wood UNDER the old shingles, couldn't finish in one day. Another 'crew' came on SUNDAY to finish the job ! c} Cleaned up COMPLETELY after work was done !!

Review by Tom F.
Project: Install or Repair a Roof
In September of 2015 I hired Glenn Trush of Roof Guard to repair our roof, install siding and install aluminum trim around the soffits. He said his work was guaranteed for one year. Five months later, in February, a section of trim fell off and I emailed him to have it replaced. At first he said he would come out and repair it but after six months he has not shown up despite weekly phone calls to him in which I had to leave voice messages because he never answers. I also have emailed him and the following is a record of the emails: 2/25/16: Glenn, a section of trim that you installed on the upper part of Jill's house has detached and we cannot find it. Can you get back to me with a time when you can replace this section of trim. 2/26/16: I will have the guys stop out Monday to reinstall the trim . We had a lot of issues with the high winds over the past week. 3/14/16: Glenn, it's been two weeks since you said you would fix the trim piece and I know you are probably very busy but can you give me a realistic date when you can get to this repair? 3/21/16: My apologies I was under the impression my guys were going to stop out there and replace the metal. I have been out of town for the past few weeks. Please let me know if it has been done already if not I will have someone stop out this week. 3/21/16: Glenn, as of today March 21st, the work has not been done. 4/2/16: Glenn, it's April 2nd and the trim has not been replaced. 4/9/16: Glenn, it's April 9th and the trim has not been replaced. 4/19/16: Glenn, I've been sending you emails each week about the missing trim that you said you would repair back on February 29th. The last reply you made was on March 21st in which you said you would send someone out if it wasn't repaired by then. It's been over 7 weeks since I first contacted you and you still have not come out as promised. I'm counting on you to stand by your guarantee and expect the work to be done by the end of this week. Please respond to this message. 5/2/16: Glenn, please call me so we can discuss the trim replacement. As you can see, after a few promises he just decided to ignore me completely. I stopped emailing him but continue to call him on a weekly basis and he never calls me back. In the last message to him I told him if he didn't honor his warranty I would give negative feedback. The irony of this is that he is showing the house on this website and states that the "customer was very satisfied". The other issue is that instead of using one long piece of trim where it's possible to do so, he installed separate, shorter pieces which require unnecessary seams. Also, in some areas other trim pieces are becoming unattached and as a result there are gaps where insects and birds can enter. This is the very situation we hired him to correct. I don't usually give negative feedback but I feel I have given Glenn more than enough time and opportunity to do what he has told me he would do in his emails, replace the trim. This company does not stand by their work and their warranty is a joke. I have photos if anyone is interested, email me at
