The Tech promised to email the photos of the work to be done and the photos of the work after the job is done. The job was done on 15th april and today is 19th and I am still waiting for that. Other than that the people are friendly and respectful.

Great job! Very reasonable price for the work. The Roof Rx folks worked quickly and efficiently replacing two leaking skylights and patiently answering all of my questions, I recommend them 100%. A+

Among the roofing companies I have contacted, RoofRx was very responsive and their customer service was excellent. The person who worked on the roof was very experienced and skilled and he did a very good job of covering all the spots on the roof that required attention. Even though RoofRx quote was a little higher than that of two others, I chose to go with RoofRx because of their total roof warranty that is renewable year after year for a sum of $199. Other reasons that made me go with them are their presence in multiple states and their excellent customer service. I consider them trust worthy.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
The initial call to me was very prompt, very courteous. The technician came earlier than expected. He took before and after pictures of the work, and I obtained them through email. I would rate the quality of the repair as very good (A). The repair was done to the bathroom vent pipe and flashing.

Project: Repair a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof- For Business
I received three bids for this project and Kenneth J was the only person that gave me a sense of comfort that I wasn't going to be ripped off. I was completing the project from Houston, Texas so getting someone that you can depend on to do the job right the first time was important especially because fixing the roof would allow me to complete the projects inside my building. What impressed me the most was that I received pictures of the project before and after and that displayed honesty and pride on a job well done.

Project: Repair a Tile Roof
Excellent Experience! Before RoofRx, other repair companies inflated the price of the repairs. Then along came Ken. He is a well experienced roofer with proper training and certified credentials. Ken educated me about the repairs needed and explained options. He provided digital photos before and after the repairs. He did not try to add on useless repair. Ken provided terrific customer service. He articulated the issues and clearly explained the warranty on the spot. He enjoys answering questions and providing additional resources. (Nice to have a conversation with the person actually doing the repairs). Awesome job. Give Ken a call.
