Dan's crew did a good job cleaning the roof but left behind a bit of a mess for us to clean up. They were supposed to clean the gutters as well but did not get all the downspouts, causing them to overflow the next time it rained. Dan did come out a few days later and finished the job.

Rooftop Service performed job quickly and efficiently. They did a very good job, roof looks great and there was quite a bit of moss on it. Price was reasonable and was exactly the same as estimated. I had other contractors there at the same time and Rooftop Service worked around them pleasantly. I would definatly use them again and probalby will in about five years.

Did a good job, but VERY expensive. We were told this job would take 2 1/2 hours and the guy was done in just under 1 hour. All he did was blow off the roof, nothing else. Total cost was $275.00.

It was an easy roof job, but I was concerned that there would be an attempt to find "problems" that were not problems. Instead, a quick repair, well under what I expected in cost, and good feedback on the roof as it is.

I emailed Service magic and Dan (the owner), of Rooftop Services called me within two hours with a very reasonable quote. He did the job for me the next day. He was very fair, kind, prompt and understanding during the entire project. I highly recommend him to any seeking good, old-fashioned quality, customer care.

They gave me information on how to maintain a shake roof. Then they inspected my roof told me how to extend the life of my roof. Fixed the roof and told to give them a call if I have anymore concerns.

We asked for a bid and they came out within a couple of days and on time. After agreeing to service, they booked us in the next week and again arrived on time and did a great job with our roof cleaning. They also did a great clean up after. Will use again!
