well the pro's freed up the garage door that was freezing up in this cold weather ,re:greased ..& i appreciated it fixed easily ,but was concerned about the cost ,knowing they were stopping on way back from a job ..this might keep my cost for repair down ,& especially if they wanted future business .[ie] say a door replacement or new openner .that initial efective cost to me ,would bring pleasure to me to call for their business when i need them ..but i accept their isn't much i can do ..don't know if my bill was fair ,but i'm happy it's working smooth .thanks again

They showed up on time and fixed everything that was wrong with the garage doors. Showed me how the remote openers worked since I never had these type of remote openers.

Although the repair was rescheduled once, when the technician did arrive he was friendly and very competent. He made repairs that I failed to mention at the initial phone call without any problem. The charge was as quoted, no hidden fees. We are very pleased with the results. Thanks Rowe Door Sales.
