Project: Install an Alarm or Security System- For Business

The sales person quoted 500.00 for up to four cameras we provide the wiring. First the placement of the cameras was not where we wanted them. Second the people installing the cameras had a bad attitude, very rude. Along with the sales person named Larry, very bad attitude. The only installed three cameras, I called them to install the fourth one but they were a no show. Don't call these people.

Alarm Services, Inc.: In regards to the job on July 20,2011 we wrote an agreement on installing the customer owned equipment which included three cameras and wires.We agreed upon a set price of $525.00 and the placement of the equipment. On the day of installation the manager was not present, but a representative informed the technician where the cameras were to be installed.Upon completion customer decided to pay a different amount and become disgruntle and irate.Then she eluded to have us install another camera at no charge which was again not in the previous agreement.At this point, SI Alarm decided not to do any further business with this customer.

Project: Monitor Alarms from Security System

Prompt, courteous response. Very competitive monitoring price. They resolved a question over the phone that I had about arming our system with motion detectors bypassed that ADT was unable to address (they wanted me to schedule a service call). S.I. arrived on time and switch from ADT to their monitoring was completed promptlyl.

Larry knew what he was doing and had my system fixed pretty quick, and a very reasonable price - half of the price that ADT quoted me, just to come out and take a look.
