Returned call promptly over the weekend, although the weather made the type of outdoor repair impractical, he immediately attempted to assess the problem over the phone and was very patient and talked me through some initial checks. After scheduling a date and time for repair he followed up prior to appointment via telephone to confirm. Came out at scheduled time and was very polite and professional and quite knowledgible. Explained the problem and explained the procedure while making the repair. Made good recommendations without making me feel like he was trying to sell me something or extra work.

Very friendly and helpful in helping us to keep our old furnace running, rather than just recommending a new one for the sake of getting more work. Highly recommend.

Scott was excellent about returning calls and proactively offering alternatives. He took pictures of the unit and explained the troubleshooting and recommendations. Price was very reasonable and service gave me confidence.

Scott was very thorough in explaining the furnace replacement options. We had a 22 year-old dying Bryant furnace. Scott offered honest and open opinion and showed us options . We decided to go with him after meeting with two other contractors. He started the project right away and finished installing the furnace fiver hours later, after some complications removing the old furnace. After the install, he made sure the area was cleaned out properly and then explained the features of the new furnace. We went ahead with a Rudd two-stage furnace, and stay with the same BTU's input. Thank you for the job well done. Highly recommend the service!
