They were my 3rd estimate for an A/C system replacement. The price was right, I was happy with other people's reviews and they agreed to a schedule that was convenient for me for the install. Everyone we dealt with were nice and efficient (!) and there were no exaggerations about the difficulty of the setup. Went with the 15 SEER 5 ton unit they recommended and it is sooooo quiet. The cool T-Stat that came with the new system allows for remote control of the system. I really appreciate dealing with people that know their business and treat me like a customer and not an imposition and they did that in spades. A final selling point is their commitment to service over the next 2 years is more comprehensive than the other guys that bid the job. If you know you are doing a system and don't need a lot of your time taken by people that try to confuse you, this may be the company for you.

Unreliable. They aren't interested in your business unless they can sell you a replacement for everything. There's no real big money in service so you won;t get any.

Installers were clean and courteous, and the follow-up service was very prompt (one of the condenser units was over-charged with Freon and a service tech was sent out to correct the issue the same day I called). The quality of the installation is even more essential than the manufacturer of the equipment.
