We are a full service design, build and remodeling contractor located in Lakeland, Florida. We are a small company, with large company capabilities. We deal directly with the owner of the home/company from design through clean-up. The details of your project do not get lost from salesperson to project manager to work crew. We provide clear and detailed estimates and provide you with references for our quality of work, craftsmanship and our reputation.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
He was very responsive and quick to give us an estimate. We totally gutted one bathroom and remodeled a second one. Total time was 130 man hours with five different sub contractors. Very well organized having people show up. There was one delay waiting for tile to arrive. Would highly recommend this company for any project, minor or masor.

Project: Repair a Sliding Door or Tracks
Rick inspected my 18 year old sliding glass doors, took one of the doors off and took a picture of the rollers with his cell phone. He then e-mailed the picture to one of his suppliers to determine if replacement rollers were available. Unfortunately, the rollers were no longer being manufactured. Rick then referred me to a subcontractor who also came to my house to deternmine if he could fix the sticky rollers. He saw damage to the track and suggested I buy a snap on track cover and told me where to buy it. I followed his instructions, installed the snap on track and my problem was solved. No charge from Rick Sackettt or his sub!!!
