- They did not have great reviews in yelp. But they are determined to change that. I like that. - I am yet see the results of the service, but hoping that they would fix any shor comings They are kind of little pushy sell their service, we just need be aware of that and be firm on what you want and when you want it to be done

Skyler called me back so quickly, and came out that day! I hate bugs and was panicking, and while it probably wasn't really an emergency, I had ants everywhere and freaked out! He was thorough, and explained everything!! Great job!

Craig was helpful and very well informed. I was having a lot of other home and yard issues and it was great that there was no charge. He said he didn't really do anything, but extracting a dead rat from under the mechanics of our hot tub was not nothing! My thanks to him. I would call this service again.

Billing was a nightmare. They showed up to my investment property when they wanted. Didnt adhere to afternoon appointments and left paperwork with tenant. Cancelled service and they came any way. We still have ants after a year. Had to cancel my visa card as they billed immediately after service not ordered. They sent late payment letter next day. Did get charges reversed finally. Office staff didnt record any notes of appointment schedule (afternoon only) advised from the beginning and 3 following appointments. Do not recommend for properties you do not live in. No owner communication.

I appreciate their theoretical scheduling flexibility, although the technician was supposed to call with 30 min notice and didn't, and came an hour and a half prior to the scheduled time because of an opening. I work in healthcare and like to give the hospital more notice than that. The technician was very friendly and patient, and did have good input about my pest control issues, though.

The company sent an exceptionally personable and experienced serviceman. He delivered a complete attic, crawl space, and outside house intervention targeting rats, carpenter ants, wasps, spiders, and any other critter with more than two legs. We're frequented by bobcats and bears, but he said they were beyond his scope of work.
