Sal's was great with the process of installing AC and a new furnace. They were prompt with getting in touch with me about appointments. They showed up on time and finished the work in the amount of time quoted. The price was amazing compared to some other places. Great company to hire!

I knew Home Advisor was the place to go when our hot water tank went kaput! We hired Sal's Heating & Cooling. Since our main shut off valve also needed replacement, the water company and the plumber had to be scheduled at the same time. And due to the close proximity of the main valve to the hot water tank it could only be repaired when the tank was out. John and Dominic (name? apologies if incorrect) worked hard and great as a team to make things perfect. They were courteous, clean - can't say enough good things about them. Job and price were better than expected!

Service person was slow but painstaking in assuring that everything was done correctly. Hard to fault that even if time ran long and cost more than I expected from initial estimates.

Response by Sal's Heating and Cooling, Inc.: The service person slow is better than fast and having to return on a call back. I like to say we work on things that blow up and can hurt people so take your time and make sure it is right the first time. No one likes to have to go back and if we did, the comments here would not be friendly. I will take heat for being slow every time. The cost, well when you have certified techs and state licenses involved that comes with an expense. In the end you said it all was made sure to be done correctly and you got what you paid for. I thank you for your feedback and comments along with your business! Sal

Sal's was great overall and I'd recommend them. They had to come out twice. The first visit, the serviceman got the furnace running again but a few days later it was having the same problem. So they came out a second time and replaced a part. They gave me $50 off since it was related to the initial issue, which I appreciated. They did what they said they would, it was just a bummer the issue couldn't get fixed for good the first time. Still, I'd recommend them. 4.83/5

These crazy things give the boss gray hair. In fact not much more to turn gray. I am glad we fixed it and we never give up until the job is done. Thank you for the business and the 5 star report.
