One small glitch. Home Adviror said they contacted the company but the company claims they received no contact from Home Advisor so I had to call and check when I didn't receive a call back. Regardless, they got a technician out same day, the price was reasonable for A/C repair work, the technician was friendly, knowledgable, and got us back up and running quickly. This is a 21 year old system that will need to be replaced soon and we will contact Sal's to get estimates from them.

I had originally stated that I felt they had charged too much. I was contacted by the company and we discussed the situation and they made the problem right. I will say i was impressed by their commitment to customer service and insuring that I was fairly treated this is hard to find in any industry these days. So thank you Sal's Heating and Cooling.

We are the hardware store and only use top quality parts we need to warranty. We quoted an upfront price and always have this quote signed before and after for satisfaction before payment. 1.5 hours is a while for a pro and some forget the drive to and from. We are very educated, especially when it comes to performing our service and the knowledge of installing the fitting and that is what is paid for, our certifications, education, state license and insurance, warranty etc. We also must pay our employees and to be frank this is the cost. This is all in the value, as my dad said many times, we take all the risk, you called us and 1.5 hrs latter poof it is done and done rght. I hope you understand, I will look into this further as I have emailed this to the folks that handle this and will see if we can do something to make you feel better. When you hire a Pro I would think you would be satisfied as most of the time this is an hourly service and getting it done as you have pointed out quickly is a benefit. I am sorry you feel our prices are high. Employee cost and cost of doing business is the reason the prices are what they are and are figured out with a formula on a national format to keep us in business and at the ready for you the customer. I am glad the job was well done which is the important thing, it is just to bad 5 stars wasn't given for that. Thanks for the business, Sal
