He failed to show up on a timely basis even to collect his money. He did poor work and insists on bringing his 4 year old son to the job with him. Would never use him again or recommend him to anyone.

Project: Repair Wood Stairs and Railings

Wiliam responded timely to my initial inquiry, provided an estimate in a timely manner, and started and completed the project when he said he would. This was a repair on a stair railing required per the inspection to finalize the sale of our home. William followed up to ensure the repairs were acceptable. Overall a great experience, especially considering several other contractors never even returned by calls.

Isaac did the work. He is promp, professional and most of all dedicated to doing things the correct way. There was a long list of things I needed to be done and he completed all of them on the same day. He cleaned up all of his mess and was respectful of my property and belongings. The only small complaint was that it seemd a bit high priced. But-you get what you pay for, and he did an excellent job. I will call him for any further repairs I I may need to have done.

They were able to start the job the day they gave us the bid and when the job turned into twice the job they were still able to complete it in a timely maner. We were very satisfied with the work and the workers.

I had a repair in my ceiling before painting and listing a home for sale, the painter commented on how good the work was. After he painted, I could never tell there was a crack in the ceiling and leak in the roof

Did a fabulas job at the price he quoted. He did some fancy trim work without having any extra pieces left over. Others told me I needed to buy extra trim and that they would have to put seems in the middle. Sarrat said he could do it without a seem and work on some pieces that were barely long enough. He did what he said he could do and it turned out perfect. There were no gaps inbetween the miter cuts and I am very proud of my new look.
