The tech got to work as soon as he arrived and align the dish and checked the lines. The receiver initially would not work but later I found out the card needed to be activated again.

Project: Telephone Jacks and Wiring - Install
First of all, the technitian came but failed to find the problem after an hour long examination. Then, they said they need to set up an extra phone line from outside to my house and will charge me $160.00, an $80.00 extra. I refused and told them I will call back to my phone company to have a technitian sent to me. Ten minutes later, they told me the problem was fixed. I don't understand how they found the problem in ten minutes and fix it so soon.
