These guys were great. They came late in the day to accommodate our schedule, and were very cheerful about it. They worked hard to get things cleaned for us and there were some tough stains to get out of some of our rugs and carpets. They even did without the aid of some of their power equipment because we didn't have electricity when they came. All-in-all, this was a very pleasant experience and we would recommend Scott's to anyone. We will definitely use them again.

I really wanted to like Scott's Carpet Service. He was very friendly and personable and was able to be accomodating with his schedule. Unfortunately, of the two carpets cleaned I wasn't thrilled about the results of either. The one had a previous owner's cat markings which we knew would be difficult to take care of completely but the service only made it worse and we decided to not use the carpet; money down the drain. The other only got a surface "clean", looking passable after the service. The worker was nice but did not take enough time. Had he worked a little harder, we would have had at least one rug cleaned well for $100.

Response by Scott's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Inc.: I am not sure what to say about this one . The rugs were very dirty and we treated both for urine. We did the economical approach to keep cost down and we are more than happy to refund money or do it all again at a slower pace. We take a lot of pride in doing the best job ever and having a great experience.

Arrived 10 minutes early. Extremely professional, quick and efficient. Would recommend them and will use them again. I do wish the carpets would have dried faster.

Chemical uses just masked smell so once the sanitizer smell was gone then toe odor came back. No one called to see if I was satisfied. Very dissatisfied

I found cat odor in areas the customer was unaware and cleaned at no charge along with carpet cleaning stairs at no charge. My odor chemicals are green friendly and do not mask the smell. The cat odor may need another treatment but the client will not call me back. I take great pride in doing a awesome job.

He did a fabulous job on my chair and cleaned the inside of the car we were selling to our children too. He came early and finished quickly. Great price and great price!!
